CordPrism

Consented public-footprint dossiers for HR.

CordPrism turns a candidate’s public footprint into a sourced, dated dossier for HR and recruiting. Each dossier is employer-ordered, limited to a defined hiring purpose, and prepared with the candidate’s consent. Start with a free identity-card sample; for volume, email hello@cordprism.com.

A consented public footprint. One dossier format.

CordPrism documents a candidate’s public footprint in one sourced, dated dossier for your hiring team to review. The employer attests who consented, when, and for which hiring purpose. Our v1 sources include web and news search, public GitHub, information supplied by the employer, limited public affiliation data, and — when public and available — comments and mentions on Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, and similar networks. We include breach catalogs when available.

Person dossier

Dated public-footprint dossier of a consented candidate: identity card, corroborated profiles, public social comments/mentions when available, affiliations as published, news/mentions, and employment-relevant public exposure for human review.

A dated dossier you can file, not an alert feed

Identity, public profiles, and employment-relevant exposure with sources — dated for the hiring file. Suggested next step is always human review.

Identity

Legal name, employer-supplied seeds, and confidence-gated public identifiers.

Public footprint

Profiles, public social comments/mentions when available, affiliations as published, news/mentions, and screenshots when available.

Next step

A practical suggestion for what your hiring team or counsel should verify. CordPrism does not decide.

Free sample → one dated dossier.

  1. The employer attests who consented, when, and for what scope — then we run a public-source dossier of that subject.
  2. We search open web and news sources, public GitHub, and employer-supplied seeds, and — when public / when available — public social comments and mentions on Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, and similar. Breach catalogs are included when available.
  3. Each purchase covers one dated dossier — not live monitoring or an alert feed. For volume, hiring rounds, or multi-seat needs, contact hello@cordprism.com.

Each report preserves the public sources reviewed in a dated, observation-only dossier your team can file and assess.

When HR needs a consented public picture

For HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers who have the candidate’s consent and need a sourced, dated view of their public footprint for the hiring process.

HR teams

You need one dated, sourced document for the hiring file, not an ad-hoc set of screenshots.

Recruiters

Start with a free identity-card sample for a candidate who has consented, then order the full dossier when it is needed.

Hiring managers

You get a suggested next step for human review. CordPrism documents; your team decides.

Hiring rounds and multi-seat teams

Email hello@cordprism.com for volume, a full hiring round or multi-seat access.

CordPrism is not for open person-search, people-finder or skip-trace use, KYC, credit, CPR or criminal-record checks. It is not a background-check bureau, it does not contact candidates, and it is not live monitoring.

Free identity-card sample

Provide the employer, candidate, role, and consent attestation. We run the same full person investigation used for a paid dossier. The free sample includes an identity card, up to two public profiles, and one unlocked section from the paid dossier, chosen at random from the sections that have content for this run. The other paid sections appear as locked previews; they are not blurred or left out. The sample is not the paid dossier. For volume or multi-seat needs, contact hello@cordprism.com.

CordPrism vs searching Google and social media yourself

The difference is in how the work is documented. Each dossier is employer-ordered and tied to a recorded consent attestation and hiring purpose. Findings are sourced and dated, with screenshots when available. Name-only matches are treated as collisions, not findings, until a second identifier corroborates them. Limitations and non-findings stay visible. The result is one preserve-first document your hiring team can file and review. CordPrism does not make the hiring decision.

What to know before you start

What is a consented public-footprint dossier for HR?

A consented public-footprint dossier is a sourced, dated document of a candidate's public footprint, prepared for HR and recruiting. With CordPrism, the employer orders each dossier for a defined hiring purpose, and the dossier is prepared with the candidate's consent. The employer attests who consented, when, and the scope of the review. The dossier covers identity, public profiles and employment-relevant public exposure, all with sources. It ends with a suggested next step for human review. It is one dated document you can file. It is not an alert feed or live monitoring.

Is CordPrism a person-search, KYC, or background-check tool?

No. CordPrism provides employer-ordered public-footprint dossiers for a defined hiring purpose, with the candidate's consent. Open person-search, KYC, credit, CPR and criminal-record checks are outside this offer. CordPrism is not a background-check bureau and does not contact candidates. We document open sources in a dated dossier. You and your advisers decide whether and how to act. Before any dossier is run, the ordering employer must attest that it is an employer-ordered, purpose-limited dossier of a consented subject.

What is included in a CordPrism dossier?

A paid dossier is a dated public-footprint pack: a consent record (who consented, when, scope), an identity card, a confidence-gated identity footprint, social presence, public social comments and mentions when public and available, affiliations as published, news and mentions, breach checks on employer-supplied emails when available, and 3–5 suggested references (recent public colleagues or managers; if no public name can be confidently matched, a prompt to ask the candidate for a contact at a named employer). Sources are cited, and screenshots are included when available. Name-only hits stay collisions until a second identifier corroborates them. Limitations and non-findings stay visible. Each dossier ends with a suggested next step for your hiring team or counsel. CordPrism does not decide and does not contact references.

How does candidate consent work with CordPrism?

The ordering employer attests to the candidate's consent. Before a free sample or paid dossier is run, the order form requires who consented, when, and the scope of the review, and the employer must confirm it is an employer-ordered, purpose-limited dossier of a consented subject — not open person-search or KYC. Processing of the candidate's public-footprint data is limited to the attested consent and purpose you supply. Data subjects can request access, correction or erasure via hello@cordprism.com.

What is the free identity-card sample?

The free sample costs DKK 0. We first run the same full person investigation that we use for a paid dossier. The sample then shows an identity card, up to two public profiles and one unlocked section from the paid dossier, chosen at random from the sections that have content for this run. The other paid sections are shown as locked previews; they are not blurred or left out. The sample is not the paid dossier. To request it, you provide the employer, the candidate's legal name, the role or purpose and a consent attestation.

Which public sources does CordPrism use?

CordPrism v1 uses web and news search; public GitHub; information supplied by the employer, including public profile URLs you provide; limited public affiliation data; public social comments and mentions on networks such as Facebook, Instagram, X and Reddit, when public and available; and breach catalogs for employer-supplied emails, when available. We do not claim complete coverage, people-enrichment bureau data or court records. CPR, credit and criminal-record checks are outside this offer.
